TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of 2kodi.in and every game hosted under it. Playing a game means you accept them.
The games are free
Every game on this site is free to play, in your browser, no download and no account. There is no shop and nothing to buy. Games may show ads to keep the label running; see the Privacy Policy for how that works.
Fair use
- Play for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Don't scrape, rehost, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the games or their assets without asking Thela Labs first.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the site, other players, or the ad/analytics systems that keep it free.
No warranty
These are small, indie-made games built by a two-bit label, provided "as is." We test every game before it ships, but we don't promise the site or any game is uninterrupted, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Thela Labs isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its games.
Changes
Games get added, reworked, or delisted as the label grows; these terms may change too. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
